This is Larry, he's very friendly, but too friendly - to the point where he wants to run off and say hello to everybody. Larry's owner had already done one initial consult with us where we had put in place a plan to first manage his behaviour, whilst pairing that with basic training to help change the way he feels, and consequently change his behaviour.
